I’ve recently started getting really warm flushes during the afternoon and perspiration, which I have never really had an issue with before.
Can anyone share any words of wisdom for the warmer weather? I would really appreciate it.

for perspiration, i swear by mitcham - not as eco friendly as some of the other brands out there but it works really well for me. dove etc. never really hit the spot before.
i also end up wearing quite sporty style clothes with wicking fabrics rather than heavier cottons which i find helps a lot. best of luck - know it can be really difficult xx
